1. Eligibility

1.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. How to Enter

2.1 The prize draw opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 13 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

2.2 To enter, submit your first name, last name and email address via the entry form. You may also name one running partner (optional).

2.3 No purchase is necessary.

2.4 One entry per person. Duplicate entries, or entries made through automated, bulk or third-party means, will be disqualified.

2.5 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason, including technical failure.

2.6 Running partner bonus: if the running partner you name also enters before the closing time, using the same name you gave, your entry will count five times in the draw. Names that cannot be matched to a single valid entrant will not count. The bonus applies once per entrant, regardless of how many people name them.

3. The Prize

3.1 There are five (5) winners. Each winner will receive a V2 Running System, with a retail value of £135.

3.2 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.

3.3 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

3.4 Size and colour selection is subject to availability.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Five winners will be selected at random by a random number generator from all valid entries received by the closing date, weighted to reflect any running partner bonus under clause 2.6.

4.2 Winners will be announced on 14 November 2026 and contacted using the email address used to enter.

4.3 Winners must reply within 7 days of notification to claim their prize and confirm delivery details. If a winner does not respond in time, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.

4.4 Prizes will be delivered to a UK address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.

4.5 All correspondence relating to this prize draw, including winner notifications, will come only from info@arcticfit.com. We will never ask you to pay a fee, cover delivery costs, provide bank or card details, or click a link to claim a prize. Messages from any other email address or social media account claiming to be ArcticFit are not genuine and should be ignored. Please forward any suspicious messages to info@arcticfit.com.

5. Winner Information

5.1 Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable post-draw publicity. Participation is optional.

5.2 The first name and county of each winner will be available on request by emailing info@arcticfit.com after 14 November 2026.

6. Data Protection and Marketing

6.1 Personal data provided when entering will be used to administer the prize draw and, where you have consented, to send you marketing emails from ArcticFit.

6.2 You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing will not affect your entry.

7. Promoter

The promoter is Grantsventures Ltd, trading as ArcticFit, Unit 3, Block 2, Manor Farm Business Park, Manor Loan, Stirling, FK9 5QD ("ArcticFit", "we", "us").

8. General

8.1 By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8.2 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw or these terms if circumstances beyond our control arise, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

8.3 Our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final.

8.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcticFit is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from entry into the prize draw or use of the prize, except where caused by our negligence.

8.5 This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social platform.

8.6 These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
