c. The return must include a valid reason for return, such as a damaged or wrong product.
Returns Process:

2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the return package.
Return Shipping and Cost:
3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned item.
Refund Processing:
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3. The refunded amount will exclude any original shipping charges incurred.
