Have previously used a bum belt. Thus is much better and puts the weight in a better place. Decent carrying space and well made. I'm quite broad shouldered, abd it's just a tad too snug. I could use just a little more length in the front and side elastic. But once on....rock solid. Not used the water or lights yet. Essentially it's to carry phone, keys the odd gel.

Absolutely love my new running vest it’s exactly what I needed and very comfortable to wear. I haven’t used the lights yet but I’m sure they will come in handy in the darker mornings.

As well as being stylish it is super lightweight and highly functional with enough pocket space for all your running bits plus a small water bottled and lights. SUPERB! The best out there and excellent value too.
